Refund policy

We have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy as long as the item(s) are returned back to us unworn with all tags intact and in a resellable condition.

UK RETURNS - 14 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are returning items from the United Kingdom please contact us first at mailto:lilianajewellerystudio@gmail.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure your original invoice is included inside the parcel, which details clearly how you would like to proceed with your order (return/exchange and the desired product/s). We do not cover the cost of the initial express 24hr postage charge, or the return postage, however we also do not request a shipping fee for exchanged items to be dispatched.

 

EU AND EXPORT RETURNS - 28 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are returning garments from the EU or the Rest of World, please contact us lilianajewellerystudio@gmail.com. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom made 

Any custom made items unless damaged are non-returnable and you cannot receive a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CHRISTMAS PERIOD

All orders placed through November and December will be eligible for our extended returns period and have until January 31st 2023 to be returned back to us for either a refund or exchange.
